Ingredients: |

large frozen banana, cut into 1" chunks

cup nonfat vanilla Greek-style yogurt
|
| |

cup nonfat milk
|

teaspoon ground flaxseed

teaspoon mini chocolate chips

Directions:
In a blender, puree banana, yogurt, milk, and flaxseed until smooth. Stir in chips. Can be frozen overnight and left to thaw in the refrigerator for an afternoon snack.
