Ingredients:
  ½ large frozen banana, cut into 1" chunks

  ½ cup nonfat vanilla Greek-style yogurt

  ½ cup nonfat milk

  1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

  1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips

    Directions:
In a blender, puree banana, yogurt, milk, and flaxseed until smooth. Stir in chips. Can be frozen overnight and left to thaw in the refrigerator for an afternoon snack.
